What happens to us when the world becomes too much, too fast, and too fractured to hold?
It is not always easy to remain motivated, connected and hopeful in the current reality of our world. The news is depressing, the balance sheet at the end of the month can be frightening, inflation, wars, drama, you name it. The constant stream of negativity, from social media to daily headlines, takes a toll on our hearts and minds. It is becoming harder to find meaning in the current state of the world. Even as we try to shield ourselves, limit our exposure, or focus on the positive, it can feel like an uphill battle. Staying motivated, connected, and hopeful is not always easy. In an era of complexity, we often struggle to determine what is true and what is not true, what is right and what is wrong. We are afraid of talking and sharing our opinions without being judged. We are also quick to judge others and ourselves. We are fearful of making decisions or expressing who we are and what we believe. We are becoming more isolated and alone. The pressure to always “get it right” is immense, and the exhaustion of caring, especially when others seem indifferent, can be overwhelming.
So, how do we nurture and sustain our humanity in the midst of it all?
Now, more than ever, we need to reconnect with what it truly means to be human—to tap into our courage, resilience, and compassion, and to find meaning even in uncertain times.

We will craft the stories we want to live, the futures we want to shape, and the beliefs that will sustain us.
