We engaged Julie to support and facilitate the development of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as we navigated a critical stage in our journey.

From the outset, Julie played a pivotal role—both through group facilitation and 1:1 executive coaching—in helping us face some hard truths about how we operated as a team.It became clear that we lacked alignment behind a single unified strategy, and that we were functioning in silos rather than as a cohesive, high-performing leadership group.

Julie helped us recognise and address these challenges by introducing structured, honest, and actionable interventions. One of the key turning points was the development of a set of agreed ELT behaviours, which we committed to and held each other accountable for, supported by regular feedback and coaching. As part of this journey, we also completed Lumina assessments, which Julie facilitated. Her ability to bring both individual and team dynamics to life through these insights—culminating in a powerful two-day workshop—was impactful.
