Starting Over with Joy

When the company I worked for, for over 22 years suddenly closed down, we had to scramble and try and get back on our feet again and that was where I first started interacting with Julie on a personal/business level.

She guided myself and my two fellow Directors to start a new company and find the direction we’ve always wanted to take but never had the opportunity to.

It’s one thing knowing what you wish for, but a totally different thing trying to put that in place and make sense of it.

This was where Julie helped us lay out everything we already knew and ensured we tackled this huge challenge with (first of all JOY), wisdom, coordination and we did!

I also contacted her to assist me in a personal level and she opened my mind and helped me see what I actually already knew, but didn’t know – if that makes sense.

She gave me courage to say what I needed to and also understand other’s actions a lot better. We tend to think we know what everyone else is doing and why and that was a huge learning curve for me. Just being more open to really hear what others say and maybe understanding a bit better as to why.

One last thing I found incredibly helpful, and which I still use very often, are the breathing exercises. So simple, yet so effective.

I am planning to join on one of the Inventure trips with Julie and cannot wait! It definitely feels like it will change my life.
